• Order Processing & Dispatch:
  • All orders are handmade to order and undergo a quality check before shipment.
  • Orders are dispatched within 7-14 business days from the date of order confirmation.
  • You will receive an order confirmation email and a dispatch email with tracking information when shipped.
• Domestic Shipping (India):
  • Delivery across India using trusted courier partners.
  • Estimated delivery after dispatch: 3–7 business days (may vary by location and courier).
  • Shipping charges calculated at checkout based on weight, location, and option selected.
• International Shipping:
  • Worldwide shipping via reliable international couriers.
  • Estimated delivery after dispatch: 7–21 business days, depending on customs and destination.
  • All customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Shipping charges calculated at checkout.
• Tracking Your Order:
  • Tracking ID sent via email after dispatch.
  • Track using the courier’s system.
  • For issues with tracking or delivery, email heirra.work@gmail.com.
• Shipping Delays:
  • Not responsible for delays due to customs, courier issues, natural disasters, or unforeseen events.
  • Extra time recommended for international orders during festivals/holidays.
• Lost or Damaged Shipments:
  • Email immediately with order number and photos/videos if shipment is lost/damaged.
  • Damaged items require a continuous unboxing video showing the product from first packaging cut until fully revealed.
  • Heirra will assist with replacement or store credit after verification.
• Shipping Charges:
  • Calculated at checkout based on destination, weight/size, and courier type (standard/express).
  • Non-refundable, except when Heirra cannot fulfill the order.
