What are your pieces made out of?

Our hair jewellery is made from 100% brass and finished with 14K gold plating for a rich, long-lasting shine. The pieces are lightweight, durable, and designed for comfortable wear. Some designs are also featured with lab-grown diamonds, adding an elegant and premium touch.

ORDERING

How do I know my piece will fit?

All of our pieces are flexible and adjustable for all head types and hair types, so one size fits all. Please feel free to contact us at customer@heirra.com and we would be happy to work with you to ensure a perfect fit.

Need separate gift boxes?

We're happy to provide them! To keep waste low, we package items together by default. If you're gifting to more than one person, please email us at customer@heirra.com and we'll do our best to ensure each piece has its own gift box.

Please note: We cannot guarantee separate packaging, as it depends on box availability and whether we are able to update your order before it is dispatched.

What if something I ordered is damaged?

Each piece in our collection is handcrafted by Indian artisans with love and care, and we want every princess to feel radiant in her adornment. Because our designs are handcrafted and made with delicate materials, we understand that on rare occasions, something may arrive or become damaged.

If your piece arrives damaged or breaks, we are happy to offer a replacement of the exact same style and finish, subject to piece availability.

To request a replacement, please email customer@heirra.com with proof of purchase and clear photos and unboxing videos of the item.

Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days and replace the product within 10 working days.

• Refunds are not offered for damaged or broken items.
• We cannot replace items that have been intentionally altered or damaged through misuse or wear beyond normal use.

How quickly will my order be sent to me?

Due to the exceptionally high volume of orders, our small team is working diligently to fulfill all orders as quickly as possible.

Please note the following timelines:

• For in-stock items: 4–7 business days within India and up to 30 business days for international shipments.
• For made-to-order / preorder items: Approximately 4–12 weeks for manufacturing.
• We do not ship partial or incomplete orders.

How long do items marked made to order / preorder take?

Items marked with this status typically take around 4–12 weeks for our team to create, as each piece is custom-made specifically with you in mind.

If your order includes both made-to-order / preorder and in-stock items, the entire order will be shipped together once all pieces are ready.

Can I change the shipping address on my order?

We do our best to process and fulfill orders as quickly as possible, which means we're often unable to make changes once an order has been placed.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at customer@heirra.com. While we cannot guarantee that changes can be made, we'll do our best to accommodate requests if the order has not yet been fulfilled.

Once an order has been fulfilled and handed off to the carrier, we are unfortunately unable to make any changes.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS

What is your exchange policy?

We do not accept returns. Please feel free to WhatsApp us at +91 99675 27690 or email us prior to ordering with any questions you might have regarding an item.

In case you are not happy with your item once received, we will be happy to exchange it for something else.

• Exchanges must be postmarked within 7 days of delivery.
• Shipping costs for exchanges must be paid by the customer.
• The piece must be unworn and in its original condition.

Please contact customer@heirra.com before shipping your exchange and we will provide exchange instructions.

How long does it take to process an exchange?

Once we have received your package and verified the condition of the exchange, please allow up to 10 business days to process your exchange.

You will receive an email confirmation when your new piece has been shipped.

Does Heirra Hair Jewellery ship worldwide?

Of course! We are happy to ship your order to you, regardless of where you live.

How do I exchange an international order?

Please contact customer@heirra.com and we will provide you with our shipping address to arrange your exchange.

Exchanges must be postmarked within 7 days of the date your item was delivered and shipping must be paid for by the customer.

Taxes and Customs

All applicable customs duties, taxes, and import fees are calculated and collected at checkout. This means your order will arrive without any additional charges due upon delivery.
